FAQ / Common Problems
Q: The sub runs out of electricity!
A: Turn on the reactor at the back of the cargo bay

Q: The sub wont dive!
A: Slow down, and make sure the ballast is full. Sub will not dive at high speeds, but once underwater you can go fast again. Infinite electric must be turned off.

Q: The sub floods when I open the cargo doors!
A: Solution

Q: How do I get the mini-sub back inside the big sub?
A: Solution

Q: The sub is too slow!
A: Make sure the reactor is turned on and powered up, then use the High-speed Throttle on the bridge

Q: The cargo ramp is stuck!
A: Solution

The sub has no power when spawned and floods in seconds because one of side doors keep opening over and over

That's...weird. The sub should at least spawn with battery power, which never runs out if you turn the reactor on.
When you say no power, do you mean the lights are off? In which case, check the circuit breakers just outside the bridge.

Make sure the ballast is full, press the "fill ballast" button on the bridge. Dials for front and back ballast should read 300k+ each

If the key doesnt turn at all, it doesnt have electricity, which means your batteries are already dead, or the sub took damage.

You know one thing I noticed in the how to use is "DO NOT USE INFINITE ELECTRIC" so I hope that helps.

I think that's a Stormworks bug rather than a Ulysses one. I've had one other person report it, also on multiplayer. I've tried but I can't reproduce it.

Yeh it doesn't handle high wind well at the surface, it's kinda fat so it acts like a giant sail.
Best to stay underwater in those conditions.

You have to hold spacebar for a little while for the guns to start firing.
The high-speed throttle is located on the bridge, above the helm, on the left side of the ceiling. Right next to the electric motor throttle.

Tried it, didnt work until I waited for about 30 minutes, any way to speed it up?
