Hello, firstly I just want to say I LOVE this mod and have been playing almost as much as vanilla.

I've been doing OPEC country runs but because there is no mass migrations, I can't mimic the large number of expatriates that migrated to the Arab Gulf.

Is there a way to maybe use a journal decision, law, or treaty to increase give huge migration boosts to countries that want to invite foreign workers? (ex. as Saudi Arabia I can sign a migration treaty with India that would cause a mass migration)
