Did you install any other mods to the collection? I may need to go through the collection again and make sure everything is working properly, as it's been some time since I last cleaned up this list.

Yes, to be honest, I have no idea what would cause it and I haven't seen it happen (in my games). Every now and then someone tells me about it, but I assume it's an overflow caused by something and restarting/importing the save would fix it.
Kenshi is an odd game at times lol
