I don't happen to have this error on my end, and the Addon Patch hasn't updated since like April.
I think Gutters+ may have been marked as hidden / deleted (?) by Mogwai. Not sure why, to be honest. If it is, I may need to edit the Addon Patch to remove references to the Gutters+ mod, or host an version of Gutters+ (since I still have a copy too) if Mogwai is alright with it.
Technically though, the Collection should still work even without the Gutters+ mod (other than the "Missing Mod!" message), since it mostly just adds some items / subraces for Beak Things. It might just spam your log files with various missing references, but shouldn't cause a crash or anything.
Might need to redownload the Gutters+ mod? You'll need to do an Import anyways to see if that helps too.
