Edit: I moved dangerous hazards and the vain revert mod to the bottom of the list and imported the game *a couple times. It works now.
Edit: i made my own mod to force minimum lockpick chance into 4%.
I'll take all of this into consideration when updating the collection, as quite a lot of things have changed since March 2025 when I updated this last.
I accidentally broke my own copy of the Items Integration Patch and never got around to fixing it until I get a chance to mess with this collection again. More Info - "Missing Mods" Discussion Thread.

For the other mods, they're all in the Optional section. Ideally, I would have this as a "Mod Organizer 2" type list (like Morrowind, Skyrim, etc.) but it's not really possible for Kenshi. We had to make due with makeshift "separators" that @Anrhaa made lol, ie. the "Optional Mods" separator towards the end of the Load Order.
I agree with Native Stylize, it's kind of not needed and it does cause a lot of repeating comments about asking how to turn it off lol.
I'll need to adjust the load order eventually after I add and remove stuff, so I'll keep this in mind for fixing the dangerous weathers and such you mentioned above.
Thanks again, bro! If you have any other things to note, let me know!
Question. After deleting talkative kenshi, i still get guards with blank speech boxes. How do i fix that?
Make sure to Import after changing mods around, although I'm not sure what it could be at this time. When I get a chance to update everything I'll need to look into it further, as it could even be UWE itself if it's not one of the various dialogue mods?
The way the HN searching works is based on your current Squad composition, so it shouldn't necessarily affect how the HN treats you if you're a solo Greenlander regardless of game starts (assuming the start doesn't change your Relationship to them). Do you have a copy of the Holy Flame with you? If not, as a Greenlander, they will normally have a few different types of responses and some are more hostile than others lol.
The Inhuman Hunters might just be overtly hostile to everyone, I'd need to double check how their faction functions and how their dialogue checks work. If it's similar/duplicates of the HN responses, then that could probably explain something.
For the HN, sometimes they just do that lol. Although I'm not sure if it's because of a mod conflict or various other things it could possibly be. Does it happen all the time or just a few one off occasions? It's hard to trouble shoot these types of things (AI related) because a lot of it is hard coded into the game (not modifiable by the mod tools), and mods can change certain things about some AI packages and such. Although, normally, HN type stuff tends to be "vanilla" in regards to this Collection to avoid big conflicts (besides whatever UWE changes and the handful of items/clothing/weapons mods on the list).
I'll need to update a few of my own patch / mods, but those aren't really high priority and the "Items Integration Patch" is going to require a *total* rebuild in order to fix it and get rid of the "Missing Mods" message.
UWE has added quite a lot of new outfits and such, so the Items Patch will be somewhat easier to make this time, since it's not pulling from 6-7 different mods and will only require patching a handful of various mods.
