I think there might be a broken mod recently updated or something, so I might need to track it down as a handful of people have reported CTDs the past week or so. So, it could probably be that instead of the usual stuff.
Make sure to install the CTD Fix[www.nexusmods.com] if you haven't already, as well. You can also turn off "Generate Distant Towns" too in the Graphics Menu, as that sometimes causes crashes for whatever reason.
It's an old game (15+ years old at this point lol) with a bunch of mods, so it does tend to crash from time to time, but in my experience it might CTD like once every 10+ hours of gameplay lol, give or take. Sometimes mods update as well which introduces a new bug that I don't know about until it's been reported a bunch as well
