As for the rest, load Dark Ages as the last mod in your mod order and I believe that from a Dark Ages perspective, you are good to go. As for the health of your game running so many mods... I am not so sure. Right now I am playing with just 22 mods and I am having a blast.

More Interactive Vassals (used with most of the rules turned off)
Inheritable Relations
Immersive Realm Espionage
Dark Ages
It seems immersive realm espionage and dark ages doesn't play well, in some windows you can still see number of levies which doesnt exist in running just immersive realm espionage alone. So should we place it below dark ages?
Being the author of Dark Ages and playing with the excellent Immersive Realm Espionage for a looong time, I am positive both are working well together, with IRE loaded before Dark Ages. Please, post here an example such as a picture of the problems you found with both mods.
What is your mod list looking like now a days?

You mean Dark Ages?
I don't know, both are very complex mods. Test it loading Dark Ages after Princes of Darkness and if not successful, try loading it before.
Do you mind tell which rules for MIV you turned off?
PS: Trying to make my own roleplay list based off the list you gave :D
External Wars, Vassal Claims, Indirect Vassals, Aggressive AI, Great Wars and Sandbox Mode all disabled. This does not necessarily means a more "realistic game", instead I do it for balance reasons.
Enjoy your game!
