Probably you are using Mac wit ARM processor, there is known issue in CK3 implemntation of Vulkan over Metal that causes problem with loadin some of the custom models, its also present in mod Bookmarks+, for now - you can do nothing about it, maybe tring to use crossover or wine to emulate ck3 on windows, since there is layer of correct translation between these graphic libraries. Other way is just to manually check in error dumps wich models are causing problems and remove/replace them and form my initial check the problematic ones are from Japan, especially moustaches xdd (like japanese_moustache_02_entity etc.)
