For real, just starve them out or skirmish them with horse archers. Use all cav force to hold the siege, if reinforcing army comes, you can get away, or just ♥♥♥♥ up the reinforcing army itself.

Raid the nearby villages, dwindle down the supply as much as you can.

Our forefathers managed to do it IRL, come on you can do it in bannerlord!
