Black screen / missing culture textures
This is a known issue with the Steam version. Switching to Nexus will resolve it.

At this stage I still don't know what is causing it, but it is most likely Steam does not accept all the files during mod upload.

You could also try downloading the Nexus version, and then copying the files from there into your Europe1100 folder within your steam workshop folder.

I used the Nexus version and fixed the Black Screen, but when I got to the end of Character Creation, my game crashed

Edit: Tried again, and it's as soon as I confirm my banner design that the game crashes

This will be bannercolorpersistence - upgrade to the latest version
