I have a few suggestions for new effects, I don't know if any of these are possible.

Thirsty? - Spawns a cola in your hands

Gnome Tank - Changes Tank model to gnome

Flaming Melee Weapons - When you hit common or special infected with any melee weapon, they will get set on fire

Pro-pain - Spawns a dozen of propane tanks around you

Ammo Reserve Begone - Sets the ammo reserve of your current primary weapon to 1

Jump! - Causes all players and bots to constantly jump (doesn't affect commons)

Party Time - Spawns firework particles on all survivors (it burns them)

Super Spitter - Makes it so the Spitter doesn't have a cooldown on their spit attack, meaning they can spit as much as they want in a short amount of time. Also gives them more health

Creepy Crawlers - Spawns a small horde of Mudmen around the survivors

AGGGH! - Causes all survivors to do their death screams once

Classic Zombies - Lowers the speed of all common infected, making them move a lot more like the zombies you'd see in older zombie movies

Rip & Tear - Removes all weapons from everyone and gives everyone chainsaws instead

Pills Here! - Replaces all nearby medkits and adrenaline shots with pills

Launch All Survivors - Launches all survivors hundreds of feet into the air

I Heard You Like Tanks - Spawns 3 Tanks on the map

Acid Trail - Spawns a trail of acid behind all survivors. Don't stop moving or you'll get covered in goo

Spawn Purple Francis - Spawns an extra survivor bot, Francis with a purple hue. Has more health than the other survivors

Super Jump - Makes the survivors jump a lot higher

"Realistic" Recoil - Sets recoil of all weapons very high

Fireballs - Makes all weapons shoot molotov projectiles

Look Out Below! - Spawns a falling Tank rock above all survivors

RIP [Insert Player/Bot Name Here] - Kills a random survivor

Coulrophobia - Spawns a small horde of clowns

Error! - Sets all survivor models to the error model

Controller Drift - Slightly pulls all survivors in random directions, as if you were experiencing controller drift

No Flashlight - Disables flashlight for all survivors

Snipers For Everyone - Replaces everyone's primary weapons with a random sniper (AWP, Scout, Hunting Rifle, etc)
