I'm playing with 240 and sort it via Rimpy. And it works flawlessly.

Can you try playing with just this mod + Hospitality + CE (If you use it)? And then try? Might be some incompatibility from another mod then (unfortunate).

My advice, try replacing the Bunk Beds with Loft Beds Continued 1.6.
