Can't interact with vehicles.
Whenever i try to access vehicle mechanics/ seats or trunk by pressing e , the red error box at the bottom right shows up and i can't do anything with vehicles.
I tried reinstalling the game, all the mods and verifying files etc.
I play on a populated server namely "Project Imperium". As far as i am aware, i am the only one with this problem. Please help.

Also tried the mod in singleplayer without any other mods and the result is same.

I don't have your problem nor any one on my server has such problem. It is hard to tell what is the real issue without an error message. You can try running your game with -debug if you are an admin.
