This happens to many pivots since 1.5.x. If you check old crane-builds with complicated pivot-stuff...most of them are freaking out now..
If pivots, esp for doors are going crazy, it helps to "take a seat".
It seems to be that "seating/unseating" forces a re-render of the pivot-physics.
I.e. want to leave the truck, but door is stuck...just seat/unseat and the door schould open.
