Hi. I had something like that in an unreleased mod (it was briefly on steam, but nobody cared and I did not want to further support it). I called them daytime visitors, which were hospitality guests that did not need a bed and stayed shorter, but indeed did some shopping, visited your casino, spa, restaurant, vending machines.
The problem was probably it was part of a big overhaul mod that included a lot of stuff, like a reception desk, camp site pitches, laundry, marketing and loans, etc, etc so what I might do is split it up in smaller mods.

Hey! Oh that sounds amazing - if you split it up in a seperate Mod would be fantastic, really looking forward to it! I'm playing mostly Medieval and it would be such a great extension to it, adding a lot of depth to it. i would really appreciate your work on it. <3 thanks in advance and if not, non the less thanks for your effort by creating this mod!

this would be awesome lol I really want to build a city and lots of pawns coming in and out helps that feeling
