Good to Know. The disappearance of the character file might be caused by failed animation files (any game files that use .animation) - which I found to be the culprit more often than not.
The reorganising the action bar to the top left is necessary to make room for the resource panel (^^,)

The walking and running mechanics have been reversed. The fix would be to remove this feature. I could release it as an addon but time will tell based on collective user feedback. Thanks for the input.
That would be a possibility. It would however mean that I would need to group certain objects, items, recipes and status effects together, which is a simple matter of organisation.
I feel like the walk run feature would be best kept separate too. For now I will leave it in until I get more reports on issues so I can have a clear work list.

i have been disabling all sorts of mods to arrive at this conclusion
(no offense to the mod or it's creator. i think it's a great mod overall)

No offense taken and thank you very much for your input! I really appreciate it.
I'll make a note of it and see what I can do to help with scaling. akaik there may be a few parameters I can tinker with. it may just be that the positioning of the actionbar goes off screen at lower resolutions and all I need to do is correct for this when a resolution is set.

I have a feeling people are reluctant because of the biowaste.
Not sure what you mean regarding the ammo system, is it not useful? any ideas or suggestions for improvement?
The running I get and I've made notes already. I intend to patch and update this when I get more feedback so I can do it all at once. (^^,)
by "the running", i think he means the "shift to run" feature. i feel like an option to toggle that on or off would be good for accessibility
some people indeed do not like to think of ammunition as a resource, so i think that a "lite" version of the mod would be preferable for people who like the other survival aspects of the mod but do not want some of the more hardcore features that it provides.
So far it looks like the base mod will be survival oriented stuff, stamina biowaste and armour; I'm sure people would enjoy those three additions alone.
The lite version could just be mana and weapon related stuff.
Shift Run I agree should be made separate too, I made quite a lot of changes to a few core files for little but nice gain.
I'll have to rework some code but I'll see what I can do. I'll need to ensure I somehow still need to make sure that the 'lite' version would still feel like an enhanced survival, so this would still include regeneration and material restrictions but very powerful weapons
