Hi,
I need to say the Rorarii Unit needs to be linked to the Roman Barraks.
The Problem in early game, 260-220bc around .. if you romanize North Italy too fast or raise to many peregrini´s the whole region gets worthless espezially for the 4-3class people recruitment.
This can be managed by adding the Rorarii to the Roman Barracks. Like that there would be an access to a Unit that can be used as fighting unit.. otherwise only the Velites is available for the proletarii... so the proletarii only have 1 unit and only the velites available.

BTW the Velites is much to strong :) those guys are too endurable in close combat ... thats for sure :)
