Part of the problem seems to be that the JSON file is referencing a mod that no longer exists for some reason.

The same seems to be true for the MB+ no MPE

verified everything. Disabled all unrelated mods, crashing on new game

Using requed mods without compatch solved the issue with loading (so the problem with compatch itself)

loaded all my modlist without compatch successfuly.

When I checked the rules last time I saw many "broken" ones in the end of the list. Maybe it will help

I'm having the same issue seems to be the family matters again mod that the json references and it does not exist anymore

I confirm, issue stilll there compatch activly causes crush. It tries to load reliigions from More Bookmarks despite mod not being installed there for causing crush, i tried to fiddle with game options in compability, but it does nothing. And i got broken rules too.
