AGM-86C only has about 1 second of rocket time and then it runs out

It uses a glide fin afterwards. It is air launched and needs speed to launch.

I noticed that the fuel tanks aren't fully EHCS compatible. Fuel level and capacity isn't reporting through to the hardpoint. Looks like a forgotten conection. Also, the encoder is set to start on 1, but should start on 2 for all data to be correct
