Bug report: Confederation of the Rhine not working as intended
The button to form the CotR in base game is coded as

possible = { NOT = { exists = c:RHN } any_state = { OR = { region = sr:region_rhine region = sr:region_north_germany region = sr:region_south_germany } state_region = { OR = { is_homeland = cu:south_german is_homeland = cu:north_german } } OR = { owner = { is_subject_of = ROOT NOT = { has_diplomatic_pact = { who = ROOT type = personal_union is_initiator = no } } capital = { OR = { region = sr:region_rhine region = sr:region_north_germany region = sr:region_south_germany } } OR = { country_has_primary_culture = cu:north_german country_has_primary_culture = cu:south_german } } owner = root } count >= 4 } }

while this mod modifies it to be

possible = { OR = { any_primary_culture = { has_discrimination_trait = francophone } any_primary_culture = { has_discrimination_trait = italophone } any_primary_culture = { has_discrimination_trait = hispanophone } } NOT = { exists = c:RHN } any_state = { OR = { region = sr:region_rhine } state_region = { OR = { is_homeland = cu:south_german is_homeland = cu:north_german } } OR = { owner = { is_subject_of = ROOT country_rank < rank_value:major_power NOT = { has_diplomatic_pact = { who = ROOT type = personal_union is_initiator = no } OR = { this = c:NET this = c:BEL } } capital = { OR = { region = sr:region_rhine region = sr:region_north_germany region = sr:region_south_germany } } OR = { country_has_primary_culture = cu:north_german country_has_primary_culture = cu:south_german } } owner = root } count >= 4 } }

We see the difference is that this mod only allows for states in the Rhine SR to count towards CotR. Intended or bug?
