here its just rays that hit the player/npcs and apply damage
bullets in gmod are raycasts which deal damage, force, etc and place bullet hole decals
thats what i want to be in this mod
from what i understand of the code is that it just rays being traced from a certain point... if it hits an npc.. it just applies damage... otherwise the ray will disappear.. what i want is that a fragmentation system that uses firebullet function so it can be like any other bullet shot by the player or the npcs
i dont know how to explain my idea but i hope i clarified it enough
Gmod guns use raycasts to hit targets, and so does this
tbh that is pretty stupid that it does that, it should use the normal boolet thing at least as an option.
