2) Is it even possible to code tactical suppression so it only exhausts once the countdown hits 0? That was the intent of how I reworded it. If not, I'd start thinking about finding a suitable replacement for "countdown" just so the keyword is shorter and formatting is easier.

The text of tactical suppression is my mistake. Currently, Tactical Suppression is always the Exhaust card.
The current patch consists of only bug fixes and text fixes. The balance patch is going to be done carefully by collecting a little more data. But I will also consider the proposal.
Actually, there were many ideas for the text of Countdown, but it was decided to be Countdown because a more intuitive keyword was needed. But I can edit it if there are more suitable words.

What is the reason?..
I tried using Event Filter mod to reproduce this issue, but there was no crash.
Looking at the call stack, I think it's a problem with the event filter. However, there may be other causes.
