I have encountered a problem, when I go to choose the BYOS ship, I get a warning saying that this race doesn't have support for it and that it will show the shadow of the vanilla ship.
After choosing a FU BYOS ship, I get to see the top of the vanilla ship on my BYOS ship.

I think you need to use This to remove old ship background. Try it with new character

I think the mod might be breaking other mods, I been doing MPI patches for yours and other mods, and found it wasn't loading the MPIs for Kyani, Sergal and BestBoi
