M2 Size Subsystems only?
Im hosting this mod on a dedicated server but it seems to be that only M2 size subsystems are being offered and or given in fights this is happening to all the players; even though when i do a singleplayer playthrough i have all the M Size subsystems available. Is there a specific reason this is happening or is just the tech level of the area and i need to go deeper in or are things weird on servers?

The server difficulty is on Expert if that changes anything

That only depends on sector tech level. Majority of sectors around starting area are just M2, but you can find M4 or M6.

Closer to the barrier - high tech sectors become much denser, but never guaranteed.

Unless, you're using exact same seed on both SP and MP, my guess is that's either a bad luck, or nobody used galaxy scanner yet.
