报告翻译问题
- Sector contents displayed by Scout/Map is a prediction, and its not 100% accurate
- Visting a sector will generate its actual content, and it may differ as you've already seen
Fighter Factories can appear at Military and Technology sectors, your best bet to find them is to just visit those economies with large population/high station count.
Btw. that bug has been around for some time - I'm aware, but not sure if there's a way to fix that.
Edit:
The other part is that - new generator can create very different galaxies, what was common on previous seed can be rare in another one.
