[Bugs] Recent AI Issues
Appeared after recent performance fixes,

If you can provide some information on how and when AI gets bugged out - in what states.
That would help a lot as I need to check every single one of those cases.


Relevant information:

0. What your AI is getting stuck at doing. How you handle to unstuck it.

1. Was ship ever assigned an Escort order
2. Does it have a captain?
3. Were you inside that ship?
