After update I have some strange Nav points.
These did not exist prior to the update. The sector has 2 gates. but 5 other sectors point to it.

I've checked, it's a little bit worse. Parts of galaxy you already visited may overlap with different sectors and gate maps... sorry for that. Everything else should work though.

Oh, any reason mining missions are not taking into consideration the ore varieties? it seems like it is using the old method to calculate what ore will be retrieved.

You mean, captain missions? Strange, the code seems to use modded method. I'm not using missions so I've missed that, thanks.
