Heart of Appalachia 1.2 Update
In last month, I said I will make a major update.

Today, This Major Update is out.

Important Note: Please Start a New Game if you have begun researching Tier-5 Tech.

List of Changes:


  • Complete Reworked Electronics Tech Tree : Previous arrangement of cybernetics/electronics tree are now replaced by a whole new production chain.

  • New Building for Electronics Industry : 6 New Buildings needed to provide cybernetics, circuit boards, and electronic processors for your growing economy.

  • Automation Methods : Mod Factories now can use an array of Automation method. With new automated production line, Productivity will Skyrocket!! And Unemployment Rate, of course.

  • A New Cover : Courtesy of @SAGUKA. A Lot of Thanks!!!!

  • New Banners for Mod Description : Courtesy of @SAGUKA. A Lot of Thanks!!!!

  • Six New Loading Screen : Courtesy of @WhooTao. A Lot of Thanks!!!!!

  • Character Traits : When you researched late-game tech, your characters will gain new traits. Generally, you will see stuff like A Transhumanist general who replaced his limbs with exo-skeleton fighting a Clone general whose personality depends on programs in electronic processor connected to his brain

  • Graphics : Now all mod building have models on map, including vertical farms or mines. These models are scavenged from gamefiles, so you might see something like a Latin-America style factory appearing in your Asian city. In my test run, England has built a literal Arcology. [\strike]

  • Various Minor Fix : Fixed Missed Localization, re-balancing of mega-greenhouse and ocean mining operations.

Looks great! Only comment I'd make is that you probably should split up some of the advanced tech among the other 2 trees, i.e. Ballistic Computers and Military Grade Implants should eventually be Military techs instead of Production techs.
