Hey,

i am trying to get rid of the smoker trade on my own locally hosted MP server but the progression bar gets stuck at some arbitrary, but high, number.
After i smoke a cigarette and quit again the number starts to get smaller again but then gets stuck again at another number. Has anybody had the issue?
