Custom Origins?
Can you make it to where we can make at least one custom origin?
That would be awesome! It can be in it's own slot under random and
has a pencil as the icon!

Doable Customizations:

Set Max Health/Mana by increments of 20
Set Armor Type or Armor Set
Set your Starting Tools/Weapons/Accessories/Items
Make a Description for the Origin & What it contains

Possible Customizations:

Replace Icon with your Own (may need to do file stuff for this)
Multiple Custom Slots (maybe to a max of 5)
Spawn Location
First NPC Selection


If I or anyone else can add onto this I'll update it.

This is definitely a concept I'm interested in, but there's other things that are higher priority for this mod, not to mention other mods entirely.

I'm not sure where you got that impression, it's something I'm almost certain to do in the future when I have less pressing projects

Definitely looking forward to the day this gets implemented! It'll allow easy custom compatibility with mods like Thorium (radiant class), Calamity (rogue class), Orchid (gambler, shaman, and alchemist), and maybe others. Fantastic work, I love this mod.

Currently it's working on Verdant and waiting for Spirit to release! This mod is more or less on hiatus for now.

I'd strongly recommend not saying stuff like that. That's how rumors start and I/the team will be the ones who have to deal with any complaints. Just have patience.

bro just code a mod that adds what @[WindVex] wants to this mod and exspands the compatibility for other mods as well (subbing to this thred just to see if someone will make this idea)
