we don't have a recipe for crafting in our squad

Corsair and Pioneer are locked behind Iron Rider Talents Currently so you need either someone with the class to to get it or get an Iron rider AI that learns it

in single player you will need Hireable Iron Rider or Job trauma.
I recommend to use Job trauma since you don't have to care about compatibility with other job mod or map overhaul mod.
keep in mind both mods will just add iron rider to outpost NPC manager's list so it's still random.
