If you use other mods that conflict with the AI strategy, then of course the bot will not have the motivation to build. Need a compatibility patch.

hey there! thanks for the mod. my issue: my newspaper "factories" are insanely productive, just right from the bat in 100s-1000s - is that intentional, or just unbalanced? newspaper prices also seem to be really high all the time, while there doesn't seem to be a lot of demand for them.

I have no demand for newspapers anywhere in the world and it says "consumed by pops of no wealth level" could this have an issue with the expanded goods mod?

Building "Publishing Houses" needs to have a technology to be unlocked instead of being left out and available right from the start regardless of your tech level.
