Barbarian increases str by 20, are you sure about 10?
Also barbarian gets +8 hp per level, when monk gets +3 hp.
But not enough I think. ALL stat +1 means hp and ep gains 5 per level(3+5=8). It also increases ALL resist +2. Accuracy and evasion gains too.
And barbarian's dying str is too difficult to use effectively because it's hard to adjust below 20%.
You just save you stat pots till lvl 19, or give them to other characters.
Sharpshooters have +10% faster cooldown
That is obviously a very strong passive, however i found a +3 revlover with 1.2 second cooldown, 12% crit and 25 armor penetration which makes that 10% not that noticable for the "shooter" build.
I used Sharpshooter for melee. +10% is noticable for heavy weapons
