1.Subscribe to this addon
2.Extract everything in the zip file to your steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod folder
3.Go to gm_parallaxmap
4. Done

Go to Garry's Mod main folder and open "garrysmod" folder, which contains a lot of different folders. Drop "bin" and "shaders" here.
