Compatibility Patch for: More State Modifiers, Better Borders, and Warm Water Ports MODS!
I can't publish this my mod because i couldn't buy the game, so i want you to publish it from your steam account (idk if you have to ask for a permission to other 3 mod's developers).

Thanks, I won't publish it myself (anyone who is interested in this specific combination of mods can just download it from your link), but I did add the Warm Water Ports state traits to my mod, so they are compatible now.
And I also made Norton's flavor mod compatible, which fixes the Canadian-American border as well.
