Does this mod affect technology?
I want to make a mod that adds more technology. I will only add technology, no other changes will be made. But I'm not sure if you have modified the "tech" content. Can you tell me, will your mod conflict with my mod?I don't want to conflict with your mod because I like to use your mod myself.

It happens as a part of simulation of AI researching some particular tech, innovation points get redirected in a sense.
