Sounds like faction generation is breaking, which should produce a lot of errors. You need to have dev mode on to see the error messages. If there's any red errors at start up, work on fixing those first.

If you only see errors from WBR, I'll need a log. Otherwise,contact the author of the mods mentioned in the errors, or go to the Troublshooting channel in the RimWorld discord.
