There is a crowbar on the ground near the fence in front of generator 1. You have to use it to break the padlock at the entrance of the generator 2.

Yeah, thats on the way TO second generator, but on the way FROM second generator to main junction there is no padlock, its just closed. To clarify - I start second generator, get jetpack, pikcup all supplies, hover over broken bridge, open gate to spot where is hole leading to flooded cave. I go to the right where I previously get through the gate, but its closed and nothing anywhere I can spot to help me get further. Im looking forward for that facepalm when I find out :D

That is not supposed to happen. Did you quick load or open a map save? I think you will need to start over. I will try to find a way around this issue in the next update.

OK. Load did not worked. But when I played again, that gate was open. What I noticed also - on my first play, at the first generator, there was a switch hidden behind the crates. On second play, I started generator and went to the switch, but there was just a metal plate.
Anyway, thanks. I'm happy I can continue in the map :)

This seems to be an issue because it happened to both me and a friend as well.

Well I guess I fixed with b1c... Generator 1 puzzle shenanigans
