i remember in the old books Zombie or skeleton dragons. the old army books, i think in the vampire wars book also mentioned.
for vampires maybe a human thrall unit be lore friendly. the Novel "Vampire slayer" the countess and the vamp that stole ulrica having living servants they use in combat.
Ulrika would make a cool legendary vamp hero.
the Strigoi and Strigani have a very old relationship. Maybe a mounted and on foot human option would be lore friendly. Theres actually a novel about it i think it was "Ancient blood".
von Carstein: More State Troops since the bloodline is essentially a dark reflection of the Empire. They should be in limited capacities like the Crossbowmen and Handgunners are, but the von Carstein could get use of Swordsmen, Spearmen...even Sylvanian Archers, Greatswords and Knights.
Blood Dragons: Elite it up. Variants of Blood Knights on foot. More Grave Guard variants. Maybe even Black Knights on Hellsteeds? Would also be great to see Abyssal Terrors with Blood Knights as the equivalent of Royal Hippogryph Knights.
Lahmia: Nehekhara still alive in them. Limited access to selected Tomb Kings units like Skeleton Archers, Skeleton Horse Archers, Tomb Guard...maybe even Chariots and Ushabti?
Strigoi: Skirmish it up. A mix of human and ghoulish units along with the usual undead roster. With Skirmish Infantry, Light Cavalry, not!Huntsmen and not!Yeomen Archers for the Strigany part. More ghoulish (Ghouls, Crypt Horrors, Varghulf) variants (dunno about the Vargheists since these are produced in Drakenhof's undergrounds) and maybe even some Terrogheist variant ridden by some generic Strigoi vampire (thus giving some bound spells).
Necrarchs: Zombie and Monster Mash! More zombie variants and some existing monsters turned undead. Stuff like Knockers for example (buff zombie miners who could get armor-piercing attacks) for the infantry part and Zombie Giants for the monstrous part (seriously all those editions and nobody at GW even thought about this...OR IN UNIVERSE).
