Dunno if adding support for modded biomes beyond FU is possible, but I suggest adding support for the K'Rakoth mod's upcoming Ruined planet type since it's basically its own take on a ruin-based planet pretty much, the id of the biome is atprk_ruinedworld

Unfortunately no, FU's UI doesn't seem to allow it.

How about toning the hunger drain from healing down a tad? It seems weird for me to have the full buff but have my hunger drained, and I've died several times to hunger while running from a monster because it just drains that fast.

mmm weird. normally there's a failsafe that accelerate the timer for the "well fed" buff when the hunger drop behind certain thresholds (at very low hunger it is removed immediately).
So basically it forces you to eat often to feed your regeneration and you shouldn't be stuck like you were.
I'm not into modding right because I've got a lot of work. But once I feel better rested I'll look into it.

I figured an entity that can bend minds to their will would actually excel in charisma, much like D&D villains.

I'd love to see scan descriptions that fit the race, TBH this is something that many modders neglect and I'd love to see the race get more character.
