i downloaded harmony but it still doesnt work with 81 tiles 2 testing

Then you will need to remove the conflicting mods that are preventing it from activating it. Pay attention to the message that pops up when you try to activate 81 Tiles 2 in your content manager, as it will tell you which miods they are.
