The simulation got paused

when i restart the game, it wont pops up that error message, only got "fake dead", the simulation got forced paused, i can do nothing but can open some menu potion, even the game's red "pause" icon isnt showing, it is still blue "play" icon, but no vehicle can move, no building i can build

Was that save made with the More CitizenUnits mod active? Its showing signs of that, but you don't currently have the mod - that would cause that issue.

Remember, if a save has been made with More CitizenUnits active, you will need that mod to load it again.

i found that some option of game anarchy led to the issue.

how did you solve it? I had that issue and I had to unsubscribe from this mod and delete all vehicles but when i tried to load again with the 81 tiles happened again.
