Do the default settings of this mod change anything immediately? There are a million things it can change (which is sweet) but I don't know what is the same as vanilla or not. Besides npc parties of course.

I am hoping to use this mod to avoid running between all my settlements late game doing filler quests and construction, but otherwise stay very vanilla. Will update as I get a couple fiefs and have more context. Thanks!
