okay this might be a silly question, but im going to ask, are you in a settlement when you are trying to see it? IIRC when I first loaded the mod, i had to be in a settlement, (there is an option in the settings to allow you to open it on the map as well.) It is also not in mod settings under game settings, but rather an arrow to expand it will be on the right hand side of the screen
