The dependency was updated by the author, I changed the dependency. Please check the new one.
You mean only the selected target group gets the changes? That is by design. It is not like you pick target groups and customize separately. However that sounds like a good, I should look into that.
Increasing the learning limit doesn't have an effect, I had that issue long ago but I saw in another mod that I had activated the limit to be 300 but now it is not active and it is saying the limit is 312 while my skill levels are not going any further than 317
Edit: I remembered it now since I haven't played for a while. It seems that giving more focus with character reload makes it able to level up, but this shouldn't be the case because with 5 focus points and 10 attributes, the limit is 330. While I do remember this mod, when I increased the limit, it didn't need more focus points, etc.
it might be that its not working at all and Increasing focus points to 10 with character reload is making it have more limit like it would when you get a focus points and add it normaly
