The “AI module” does not work correctly, there are 846 enemies and 186 fighters, I defeat them all and lose 6 soldiers and 16 wounded. When you kill 15-20%, they just run back and forth, allowing themselves to be beaten like a punching bag. I'm not sure if it's supposed to work this way
