Looks like a stack overflow, possibly from Procedural Objects.

I recently had blue screen. The UI was there but nothing but blue color for display. I did not have this mod installed, so I don't think this mod is the root cause of blue screen but MAY increase the odds of it happening, hence the increased reports of blue screen from this mod. My blue screen also happened in the middle of gameplay, was just laying roads and boom, blue screen.

And where's your output log showing those crashes?
