@ECHELON, 2 more questions/suggestions: Did everyone try unsubscribing/resubscribing. Common issue are mods not automatically updating, and I've tweaked that skill in an update, may have caused an incompatibility.
Old Version: 25% Reductions
Updated: 12% Reductions.
Other than that, all I can think of are mods that may tweak spells, if you have something like that please let me know so I can test.
BTW in the process I located 2 heroes missing the new skills, It was the hero Isabella and Hero Vlad XD
Assuming you use RPFM, this can be fixed by renaming the skills in the table (for example, specialization_caster to specialization_caster1) and moving the nodes. Selecting all relevant entries and right-clicking, then choosing "rewrite selection and entering {x}1 will update every selected instance to its former name with a 1 at the end. The node tables can be similarly changed, you just need to select the box "Is this a math operation?" before typing {x}+(whatever number you increment it by).
I've done this a few times for my own use, but I have to redo it or manually add new heroes each time something I want to use is added to this mod.
As I mention in the mod description, this mod is not meant to be strictly compatible with mods that add large amounts of skills. Teos's mod is no exception and as you the understand, the most incompatible mod of all.
Feel free to make a local version, or a public submod combining this with Teos's (That is fine with me), but I've dedicated enough time towards this mod, and am content with just fixing bugs that I make and porting characters as needed.
Also had another bug with lord kroak spells costing 0 winds of magic after taking the mage expertise skills and having Yuan Bo trait, the total should only amount to a -35% cost reduction not -100%
The lord kroak is something I'm curious about; nobody's ever mentioned issues with wom costs before. I can look a little into it, but not sure if I'll find anything.
