6.1 can't load up with Katherine nor with More Skills ext or More skills +Skill dump

Were pretty dubious over the fact it could block out Kairo's auto-unlocked skills so I tested it out through a series set of campaigns and found there wasn't any way for it lock it out. Not sure what happened in your game God of Urging but can't really replicate it.

The crash is fixed as of today's hotfix, but the additions to the top of the skill screen (specializations, etc.) currently block out Kairos' new line of auto-unlocked skills which unlock spells for his fragments of sorcery mechanic.

Can you upload the previous version? I"m in the middle of a campaign and the new update broke it. I rolled back to the previous one which worked until this mod updated.

Updated for 6.0! Also fixed the bug with the jade wizard.

Turns out, jade wizard has always had the light scholar skill in the vanilla database, they just override it with the jade scholar ability. For some reason, my mod changed the order in which they triggered, so jade was overwritten by light. I just disabled the light scholar skill, since it shouldn't have it be there in the first place.

Is this getting an update?

I cannot figure out why it's doing that at all, sorry.

The specific issue seems to be due to Jade Scholar being swapped out with Light Scholar which breaks the tree chain, but I just don't get why it's happening. None of my skills share that tier/indent position, or reference either of those skills.

If anyone smarter figures it out locally, they can share what they did and I can try to replicate it.

I've also noticed that Jade wizard can't get Nature Blessing with this mod as it requires two points learned in its line, however with this mod it is no longer connected to that line which makes it locked out from being able to learn.

Forgot to add I also use recruit defeated legendary mod too

Hey nice mod been enjoying it a lot.
I recently noticed that by using ur mod the empire jade wizard couldn't get his 3rd unique skill (something alongside the name of "Nature's blessing"). Instead in its place it has "Light's scholar". Could you check if that is the case?
I am currently using your skill mods and all other mods I have are all graphical ones.

so i am having trouble getting all the skill on my character menu all the top line one dont show up i disabled all my other mods and only left this one but only shows the mentor and one other

Ok, good news for you, it crashes even without any sort of lord skills mods at all. Totally unrelated.

Now I have to find out what is causing this bug.

Hmmm, tried different lord skill mods, got lhe same result. I'll try without any lord skills mods at all, then without any mods at all.

I'm having some issues with either this mod or another when i'm playing as Elspeth. It always triggers when I go to upgrade the artillery buffs in her skill tree. I know that's not helpful, but I'll try to experiment more and see if I can figure it out.

Weird. I had this, Slightly more skill points and the mod it required, everything was fine until Gotrek and Felix, both had no skills. So disabled this mod and rolled back and game would CTD on startup, had to disable your mod which gave you more skill points on level up. But reading comments down here...It was the mod that gave...skill points that borks their skill trees? Huh.

Oh, unless you meant the Character-specific one, Martial Expertise? That one got even stronger; it's the same bonuses, but now it adds the Hungering Blades passive to your character

Hey, that is intentional, my own balancing changes over time. However, it was never +12, it was +5 melee attack and +10% weapon strength. the army skills were generally better than the unit-specific red-line skills, which I didn't like. So now they're still valuable to min-max certain playstyles, but shouldn't be gotten before the actual redline.

(like the first one that used to giv + 12 ma and md and 6% weapon strenght now only gives +3 ma and +6% ws at tier 3) is this intentional or a conflict on my side ?

Okay, I had to start a new Campaign. Somehow in existing Campaigns Only Felix gets Skills but not Gotrek

Gotrek doesnt have any Skills when using this mod

Can confirm, Elspeth and Engineer Heroes at least have all the new skills now, thanks for the swift update!

I found out why. It's actually your other mod, (some) more skill points, that's doing it.

@lyonharted. Sorry, but I really have no help for you. I said fuck it and bought the dlc so I could check it out for you, but Gotrek and Felix have all of their skills for me just fine.

Just unsubbed and resubbed. The skills from this mod show up on Gotrek and Felix, but none of their own skills.

Holy shit it works

After unsubscribing and resubcribing, Epidemius and Tamurkhan now both have their skills.

Before i posted the first message i already tried that, but luckely the second time it worked.

Thanks for the quick update even though you don't own the DLC. With Nurgle I have found that Epidemius and Tamurkhan are missing the skills. The generic lords and Kug'ath do have all the skills.

That's pretty frustrating. I don't have the dlc, so I can't check certain characters directly in-game. Will look into ones like the Empire General though, and figure out if there's a common issue. Will also look into Gotrek/Felix.

Thrones of Decay update bug: Empire characters are lacking some skills, at least Empire General, Elspeth and the Engineer hero lack most of the Expertise (Martial, Arcane, Ranged, Enduring) skills, Inexorable Advance and Swift Death skills, I would do a check over for others aswell

One of your mods most likely breaks Gortrek and Felix - they only get skill dump and no skills.
