I think the annoying items that cannot be removed are part of the nav mesh, e.g. debris, trees etc. But I can look into trying to remove them, but I have had difficulty before trying to remove a tree.
I'll look into the invisible sitting spots and see if I can find what is causing this.
The bug with deconstructing items yielding 100+ resources are in the base game and are not because of my mod. But if you wanted to remove these items without the materials appearing you can delete them using shift + F12 and saving it. I am not sure everyone would be happy with me removing them from this mod all together.
